Hours Before Court-Martial, Army Resister Victor Agosto Speaks Out on Why He�s Refusing to Fight in Afghanistan [DN]
�SPC. VICTOR AGOSTO: As I struggled with my decision, I learned of the effect of the GI resistance movement during the Vietnam War. And I thought that if I were to go AWOL, my commanders could tell other soldiers that�you know, that I left because I was scared, that, you know, I had other reasons, whereas if�whereas by staying on base, I can set an example for other soldiers to see that, you know, that I think this war is wrong, and I�m just not going to do it and that, you know, I think they should do the same. . .�

Here�s an update to his situation:
Afghan War Resister Sentenced to One-Month Term [DN]
�A US soldier who refused to deploy to Afghanistan after serving in Iraq has been demoted and sentenced to one month in jail. After serving thirteen months in Iraq, US Army Specialist Victor Agosto became a victim of the stop-loss program that has extended the tours of more than 140,000 troops beyond their contracts. Agosto was sentenced Wednesday at the Fort Hood military base in Texas. After the hearing, he tore off a patch displaying his specialist rank from his uniform before he was taken to prison. PAM COMMENTARY: This is the first I�ve heard of anyone being convicted in these high-profile cases, although the sentence wasn�t very much. Many would take a one-month sentence vs. deploying in a war they don�t believe was justified or legal.

�Swine flu� vaccine has adjuvants that impair fertility [WRH]
�The �swine flu� vaccine contains ingredients that impair fertility.

�Daniel Solis from the Czech Republic has researched the side-effects of the adjuvant, squalene, and discovered it is known to destroy fertility as well as causing other forms of damage.

�A patent for a vaccine to impair fertility in animals contains squalene. . .�

PAM COMMENTARY: I�m not familiar with this news source, but I do know that squalene is one of the vaccine components suspected in the type of Gulf War Illness caused by vaccines (as opposed to depleted uranium-caused Gulf War Illness, or other causes of the general catch-all term known as �Gulf War Illness�).

Retired Vax Scientist Would Never Vaccinate His Kids [R]
�Q: If vaccines actually do harm, why are they given?
�A: First of all, there is no "if." They do harm. It becomes a more difficult question to decide whether they do harm in those people who seem to show no harm. Then you are dealing with the kind of research which should be done, but isn't. Researchers should be probing to discover a kind of map, or flow chart, which shows exactly what vaccines do in the body from the moment they enter. This research has not been done. As to why they are given, we could sit here for two days and discuss all the reasons. As you've said many times, at different layers of the system people have their motives. Money, fear of losing a job, the desire to win brownie points, prestige, awards, promotion, misguided idealism, unthinking habit, and so on. But, at the highest levels of the medical cartel, vaccines are a top priority because they cause a weakening of the immune system. I know that may be hard to accept, but it's true. The medical cartel, at the highest level, is not out to help people, it is out to harm them, to weaken them. To kill them. At one point in my career, I had a long conversation with a man who occupied a high government position in an African nation. He told me that he was well aware of this. He told me that WHO is a front for these depopulation interests. There is an underground, shall we say, in Africa, made up of various officials who are earnestly trying to change the lot of the poor. This network of people knows what is going on. They know that vaccines have been used, and are being used, to destroy their countries, to make them ripe for takeover by globalist powers. I have had the opportunity to speak with several of these people from this network.

�Q: Is Thabo Mbeki, the president of South Africa, aware of the situation?
�A: I would say he is partially aware. Perhaps he is not utterly convinced, but he is on the way to realizing the whole truth. He already knows that HIV is a hoax. He knows that the AIDS drugs are poisons which destroy the immune system. He also knows that if he speaks out, in any way, about the vaccine issue, he will be branded a lunatic. He has enough trouble after his stand on the AIDS issue.�

PAM COMMENTARY: I've seen similar claims from many other doctors and scientists. And depopulation doesn't even have to be the goal for this to make sense -- if peoples' immune systems are weak, they get sick more often, and then the very drug companies who make vaccines profit from also selling drugs to those sick people. So if the industry isn't regulated well enough, what's to stop them from forcing a product on a person that would create a later need for more of their products, and at great expense? There's a lot more I could say on this, but it's better to just read the article -- he raises MANY good points.

Sotomayor Wins Confirmation; Senate Votes 68 to 31 for Judge Who Will Be First Hispanic to Serve on High Court

�WASHINGTON - Cast as a profit-hoarding villain by Democratic foes, the insurance industry still has a fighting chance to fend off the part of health care overhaul it most despises -- creation of a government-run plan to compete with private insurers.

�Industry lobbyists are using influential allies, a thick wallet and a strategy of avoiding blatant confrontation to block or weaken the proposal, which Democrats say would drive down costs by offering an alternative to private companies. Insurers and Republicans say a federal program, a cornerstone of President Barack Obama's proposal, would drive many firms out of business. . .�

Blackwater Founder Implicated in Murder [AJ]
�The former employee, identified in the court documents as �John Doe #2,� is a former member of Blackwater's management team, according to a source close to the case. Doe #2 alleges in a sworn declaration that, based on information provided to him by former colleagues, �it appears that Mr. Prince and his employees murdered, or had murdered, one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information, to the federal authorities about the ongoing criminal conduct.� John Doe #2 says he worked at Blackwater for four years; his identity is concealed in the sworn declaration because he �fear[s] violence against me in retaliation for submitting this Declaration.� He also alleges, �On several occasions after my departure from Mr. Prince's employ, Mr. Prince's management has personally threatened me with death and violence.�

�In a separate sworn statement, the former US marine who worked for Blackwater in Iraq alleges that he has �learned from my Blackwater colleagues and former colleagues that one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information about Erik Prince and Blackwater have been killed in suspicious circumstances.� Identified as �John Doe #1,� he says he �joined Blackwater and deployed to Iraq to guard State Department and other American government personnel.� It is not clear if Doe #1 is still working with the company as he states he is �scheduled to deploy in the immediate future to Iraq.� Like Doe #2, he states that he fears �violence� against him for �submitting this Declaration.� No further details on the alleged murder(s) are provided.
