Republican National Convention Protests - New York City
[Photo taken 29 August 2004] The city in general seems to suffer from many years of Republican rule. Streets and subways are run-down and filthy. In many ways the city's poorly maintained streets and sidewalks remind of Tijuana, Mexico. And there's no comparison for moldy smells just about everywhere, especially the subways... But that's another story -- maybe I'll do a "Dilapidated New York" gallery some day to show you what I mean.
